Dear Sir/Madam,

Do you know that cure for measles was found some 40 years ago. But Measles is still a leading cause of child deaths in India.

About 92,000 children die in India every year. Of all the children who die in the world of measles half of them die in India.

How can we let this happen? It takes just 2 shots of measles vaccination to every child to prevent an estimated 92,000 child deaths annually.

UNICEF is working for Government of India to immunize 13.5 crore children against this deadly disease. 5 crore children have already been immunized even in tough to reach terrains in the North-Eastern states.

Still 8.5 crore children are to be covered. Help us immunize every child in India.
